- 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
- 1 cup (100g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Gradually add cold water, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until mixture is just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, place rounded mounds of dough onto a lined or greased baking sheet, ensuring space between them.
- Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
- While biscuits are baking, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
- Once the biscuits are out of the oven, immediately brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
