  • 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Gradually add cold water, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until mixture is just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, place rounded mounds of dough onto a lined or greased baking sheet, ensuring space between them.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
  7. While biscuits are baking, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
  8. Once the biscuits are out of the oven, immediately brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
