Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds frozen snow crab legs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Thaw snow crab legs under cold running water (if frozen) and preheat the large pot with water over medium heat.
  2. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the water before boiling. Place crab legs in the pot and cover. Steam for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  3. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant (do not let it brown). Stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove crab legs from pot and place on a serving platter. Brush crab legs generously with garlic butter sauce. Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
