Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sea moss gel
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the sea moss gel, frozen banana, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spinach.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
