  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the dried sea moss thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris. Soak it in a bowl of fresh water for at least 12 hours or overnight until it becomes soft and expands.
  2. After soaking
  3. Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and smooth. This may take about 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on your blenders power.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add more almond milk gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Taste the smoothie; if you prefer it sweeter, add more honey or maple syrup and blend again briefly.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy fresh!
