- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for flavor)
Instructions:
- Rinse the dried sea moss thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris. Soak it in a bowl of fresh water for at least 12 hours or overnight until it becomes soft and expands.
- After soaking
- Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and smooth. This may take about 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on your blenders power.
- If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add more almond milk gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie; if you prefer it sweeter, add more honey or maple syrup and blend again briefly.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy fresh!
