  • 1 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper (3g)
  • 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar (4g)

Instructions:

  1. Measure and Sift: Combine 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 1.5 tbsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp onion powder into a bowl. Sifting prevents spice clumps from sticking to the seafood.
  2. The Homogenization Phase: Add the 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp kosher salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Whisk until the color is a uniform, vibrant red orange.
  3. Incorporate the Sweetener: Crumble the 1 tsp light brown sugar into the mix using your fingers. Mix until no large lumps of sugar remain visible.
