Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs frozen king crab legs (900 g)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (56 g), melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (5 g) or seafood seasoning of choice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the frozen crab legs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Ensure they are spread out evenly; do not overcrowd.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over the crab legs generously.
  5. Wrap the crab legs tightly with the aluminum foil and place them in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil (watch for steam). Check that the crab is heated through.
  7. Transfer crab legs to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
