Ingredients:
- 2 lbs frozen king crab legs (900 g)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (56 g), melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (5 g) or seafood seasoning of choice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the frozen crab legs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Ensure they are spread out evenly; do not overcrowd.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture over the crab legs generously.
- Wrap the crab legs tightly with the aluminum foil and place them in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil (watch for steam). Check that the crab is heated through.
- Transfer crab legs to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
