Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) white fish fillets (Cod, Tilapia, or Halibut)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
- ½ tsp (3g) salt
- ¼ tsp (1g) black pepper
- 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves (6g) garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (2g) dried parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray. Pat the fish fillets completely dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Place the fillets in the dish and season both sides with salt and pepper. Pour the butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake in the center rack of the oven for 12–15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
