Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or salmon) – approximately 6 oz each (170g)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (30ml)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning (10g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (4g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, olive oil, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Brush the mustard and spice mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
