Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or salmon) – approximately 6 oz each (170g)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (30ml)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning (10g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (4g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, olive oil, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Brush the mustard and spice mixture evenly over each fillet.
  5. Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
