  • 4 filets of white fish (e.g., cod or tilapia)
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the fish filets in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, then drain the excess fat.
