  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. Ensure cream cheese is very soft. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until perfectly smooth.
  3. Season the base mixture with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  4. Gently fold in the flaked imitation crab meat and the white parts of the sliced scallions. Reserve the green tops for garnish.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top evenly. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the top surface.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot throughout and the cheese topping is melted and lightly golden brown around the edges.
  7. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven. Sprinkle with the reserved green scallion tops and fresh cilantro/parsley (if using).
  8. Serve the Crab Rangoon Dip immediately alongside baked wonton chips or fresh vegetable dippers.
