Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Alaskan snow crab legs, thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add the crab legs to the pot. Cover and boil for 6-8 minutes until heated through.
  3. While the crab is cooking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown).
  5. Remove from heat and add parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Drain the crab legs and transfer them to a serving platter.
  7. Brush or spoon the garlic herb butter over the crab legs generously.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
