Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Alaskan snow crab legs, thawed if frozen
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a rolling boil.
- Add the crab legs to the pot. Cover and boil for 6-8 minutes until heated through.
- While the crab is cooking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown).
- Remove from heat and add parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Drain the crab legs and transfer them to a serving platter.
- Brush or spoon the garlic herb butter over the crab legs generously.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
