Ingredients:
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp completely dry using paper towels to ensure a crisp sear.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with avocado oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not stacked.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–8 minutes. Check at 5 minutes; remove when shrimp form a tight 'C' shape and edges are charred.
- Immediately transfer the hot shrimp to a clean bowl, pour over the mixture of honey, Sriracha, and lime juice, and toss quickly to glaze.
