Ingredients:

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Pat the shrimp completely dry using paper towels to ensure a crisp sear.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with avocado oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not stacked.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–8 minutes. Check at 5 minutes; remove when shrimp form a tight 'C' shape and edges are charred.
  5. Immediately transfer the hot shrimp to a clean bowl, pour over the mixture of honey, Sriracha, and lime juice, and toss quickly to glaze.
