  • 2 (6-ounce) skin-on sea bass fillets

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
  2. Place sea bass fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are coated well. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated sea bass fillets in the fryer basket, skin-side down, and cook for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer using a fish spatula and serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley or lemon as desired.
