- 2 (6-ounce) skin-on sea bass fillets
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
- Place sea bass fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are coated well. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated sea bass fillets in the fryer basket, skin-side down, and cook for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer using a fish spatula and serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley or lemon as desired.
