- 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp aggressively with paper towels to ensure they are bone-dry to the touch.
- Place shrimp in a mixing bowl and drizzle with avocado oil, tossing to ensure a thin, velvety coat.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika over the oil-coated shrimp and toss again.
- Add the finely grated parmesan cheese and fold gently until the shrimp are evenly blanketed in the cheese crust.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket without crowding.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until shrimp are opaque and the cheese is golden brown.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley before serving.
