Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 2-3 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the air fryer basket. Layer with cheese slices. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  3. Place the assembled sandwich in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  5. Carefully remove the grilled cheese from the air fryer. Slice and serve immediately.
