Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread (sourdough or white)
- 1 tablespoon (14g) butter, softened
- 2-3 slices (57g) cheese (cheddar, American)
Instructions:
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the air fryer basket. Layer with cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Place the basket in the air fryer. Cook at 370°F (188°C) for 3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich with a spatula.
- Continue cooking for another 2 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove the air fryer grilled cheese from the air fryer and serve immediately.
