Ingredients:
- 4 medium-to-large Russet or Maris Piper potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or Avocado Oil)
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thoroughly wash and dry the potatoes. Use a fork or sharp knife to pierce each potato deeply 6–8 times all over.
- Rub each potato generously with olive oil. Sprinkle and massage the coarse sea salt and black pepper all over the skin.
- Place the seasoned potatoes directly into the air fryer basket, ensuring they have space around them and do not overlap.
- Air fry for 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove the basket, flip the potatoes over, and return them to the air fryer. Continue cooking for another 15–30 minutes.
- Check for doneness. The potatoes are done when the skins are visibly crisp and the internal flesh yields easily to a fork.
- Carefully remove the potatoes. Slice open lengthwise with a sharp knife immediately and use a fork to fluff the inside flesh. Serve piping hot.
