Ingredients:
- 2 (6-8 oz) Chilean sea bass fillets (170-227 grams)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (56 grams)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (15 grams)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (15 grams)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Place the seasoned sea bass fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reads 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the fish from the air fryer and top each fillet with a generous amount of lemon herb butter. Allow the butter to melt slightly before serving.
