Ingredients:

  • 2 (6-8 oz) Chilean sea bass fillets (170-227 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (56 grams)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (15 grams)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  4. Place the seasoned sea bass fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reads 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the fish from the air fryer and top each fillet with a generous amount of lemon herb butter. Allow the butter to melt slightly before serving.
