Ingredients:
- 1 large russet potato (about 8-10 oz / 225-285g), scrubbed clean
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt (2.5 ml)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1.25 ml)
Instructions:
- Scrub potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Pierce each potato multiple times with a fork. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the potato skin, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
