Ingredients:

  • 1 large russet potato (about 8-10 oz / 225-285g), scrubbed clean
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt (2.5 ml)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1.25 ml)

Instructions:

  1. Scrub potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Pierce each potato multiple times with a fork. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the potato skin, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
